![]() ![]() ![]() If I start in OneDrive, create the folder, and THEN manually update, that new folder will show up in DT3, but it seems like I shouldn’t have to do it that way.Īs an FYI, when I had DT2, I had a script connected to the top-level folder (or maybe the database?) that would run when I clicked it, forcing the DT and cloud structures to be synced. That new folders is just not pushed out to the cloud. However, syncing to network drives is not something that we recommend. If I create that new folder within DT3, there doesn’t seem to be a way to get OneDrive updated, even when I manually choose to Update Indexed Items. You could set up a sync between your OneDrive and Devonthink network drive. Please let us know if this answers your query. If the network drive is disconnected, it is possible that the sync tool will remove existing data from the cloud. The problem becomes when I need to create a new folder (for a new client, for example). You could set up a sync between your OneDrive and Devonthink network drive. If the folder has already been indexed in DT3, when I add a new file to that folder, the OneDrive folder is updated automatically. DEVONtechnologies has updated all three editions of DEVONthink (Personal, Pro, and Pro Office) and DEVONnote to version 2.9.16 with enhancements to DEVONthink’s built-in synchronization, enabling you to import multiple databases at the same time from a sync location. I can’t speak to the upgrade costs from other versions of DEVONthink 2, but according to my account page, the cost to upgrade from DEVONthink 2 Pro Office to Standard, Pro, and Server runs 25, 99, and 399, respectively. I have OneDrive with several hundred client folders that I have indexed in a database in DT3. The cost of Standard, Pro, and Server are 99, 199 and 499, respectively, for those two seats. ![]() I saw a topic about exactly this issue when DT3 was still in beta, and I believe I am having the same issue now that DT3 has been released… ![]()
